The Role:
We are looking for Senior/Principal Recruitment Consultants with expertise in Technology and Business Transformation recruitment to join our collaborative team. This role offers the opportunity to leverage our established client base and work alongside seasoned professionals on a dual desk, whilst expanding your market knowledge. In this role you will;
Leverage your expertise to source and place high-calibre candidates within Financial Services or Professional Services markets, maintaining a strong focus on client requirements and candidate fit.
Foster and nurture strong client relationships by understanding their needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
Drive business development efforts to expand our client base and identify new opportunities.
Collaborate closely with colleagues and clients to ensure seamless recruitment processes and exceptional candidate experiences.
Engage proactively with our extensive candidate network, effectively matching talent with client needs to drive successful placements and long-term partnerships.

Requirements:
Proven track record in 360 Technology and/or Business Transformation recruitment, ideally within Financial Services or Consulting markets. We would also be interested in hearing from individuals who have worked within Risk, Compliance, HR or Operations in these markets.
Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage clients and candidates effectively.
Motivated self-starter with a desire to contribute to team success and drive personal growth.
