agency specializing in the Building Services sector. Our expertise spans across Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) engineering, encompassing both white and blue collar roles.
This role involves sourcing, recruiting, and placing skilled M&E professionals into both temporary and permanent positions within the building services industry. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in recruitment, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of the M&E sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs.
Provide consultative advice to clients on market trends, salary benchmarking, and talent acquisition strategies.
Recruitment Process:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
Manage the entire recruitment cycle from job posting to placement.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.
Handle contract negotiations and onboarding processes.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the M&E or building services sector.
Strong understanding of M&E disciplines, including mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, and systems.
Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.
