are currently working with a global specialist recruitment agency operating within the
IT & Technology sectors . With offices in across the UK and also the US, they are expanding rapidly and are looking for an experienced recruiter to join their successful team based in Glasgow.
The role:
You will focus on recruiting high quality Technology professionals into niche markets within the Europe and have international clients to work with from day one.
Daily duties will include sourcing candidates using exclusive databases, business developing new vacancies through the introduction of candidates, as well as frequent market mapping.
There are large average deal sizes of £15K+ and you will be given full support of an experienced management team in order to be successful.
This is a unique opportunity to be a part of a fantastic, close knit and high achieving team.
The ideal candidate:
12 Months recruitment experience
(preferably in the IT/Tech Sectors)
Open to a background in other, candidate short sectors - white collar construction, engineering, finance etc...
Language skills in German, French, Dutch, desirable but not essential
Consistent professional track record
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build sturdy business relationships
Creative, intuitive and confident
Driven to deliver high standards
Consistency in meeting and exceeding targets
