Role: Recruitment Consultant (experienced)
Starting Salary : £25,000 - £40,000 + commission
Bonus : Uncapped commission (10-40% of everything you invoice)
Location : Bristol, City Centre

The Role - 360:
Identifying Leads : Proactively seek out and identify new business opportunities.
Sales & Building Your Client Base : Develop and expand your client base through strategic sales efforts.
Relationship Building : Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Interviewing : Conduct interviews to find the best talent for our clients.
Providing Unbeatable Service : Deliver exceptional service to both clients and candidates.
The Person:
Recruitment Experience : Previous experience in recruitment.
High Achiever : Demonstrated success in recruitment or other areas of personal or professional life.
Excellent Communicator : Strong communication skills are essential.
Positive & Resilient : A positive attitude, resilience, and goal-driven mindset are key to succeeding in this role.
