Pertemps Swindon, have gone from strength to strength and due to their continued success are looking to take on a recruitment consultant specialising in Technical and Engineering. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in sourcing, screening, and placing well qualified candidates into temporary and/or permanent positions within various engineering and manufacturing sectors.
Having excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential as you will be building strong relationships with both our clients and candidates. You will also need to be detail orientated with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities to ensure excellent customer service and ultimately a seamless recruitment process.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the technical and engineering sector.
Understand clients' hiring needs, company culture, and strategic goals to provide tailored recruitment solutions.
Proactively source, identify, and attract high-calibre candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
Conduct thorough pre-screening calls and interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
