Job DescriptionExperienced Recruitment Consultant Required (driving sector)£23k Basic salary, Plus Generous, Uncapped Commission OTE £75k +Our clients brand continues to grow, and they are looking to add an experienced recruitment consultant to their small team.The CandidateMust have a demonstratable background of success in recruitment (driving) sector.Be Sales focussed, and able to negotiate rates.Be able to undertake a 360° role.Can hit the ground running.Has a current valid driving licence and car.Good PC skills including Office and CRM systems.Good with candidates and clients alike, being able to develop long term relationships.Able to work to set targets and KPI's.In Return You will have the flexibility to work in a hybrid / remote role if required.Basic salary plus generous uncapped commission25 days holiday per year plus bank holidaysFull back office admin supportCareer path opportunityEmail your CV to ##### be considered, you must be eligible to work in the UK and meet the minimum job criteria as above
