Hours: Flexible, Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm

Salary: �37,000+ basic & commission/bonus

Key Responsibilities:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates within the industrial sector, both temporary and permanent (open to different sectors).


• Identifying and sourcing top talent through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and networking events.


• Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.


• Matching candidates to suitable job vacancies and presenting them to clients.


• Negotiating and finalising job offers.


• Providing exceptional customer service to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.


• Meeting and exceeding individual and team targets.


• Creating and leading your own division within Elite People Recruitment Services, essentially becoming your own boss.


• Recruiting and managing your own resourcing team to support the growth of your division, with a focus on building an industrial division, though we are open to exploring other sectors as well.

Person Specification:

• Proven experience in recruitment or sales-related field.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.


• Self-motivated and target-driven.


• Fully computer literate.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Knowledge of the Leicester job market and industry.
