Role Description
Due to fantastic growth over the past 18 months, we are looking to add to the team.You will be working with companies at the front end of the Green Energy Revolution, helping them staff up new and ongoing projects throughout Europe & Africa.You will be trained to find, interview and submit relevant candidates, learn about the wind industry and be given the training and opportunity to bring new clients on board.
You will be joining an ambitious, friendly and supportive team. What we need from you is a determination to succeed, a willingness to learn and drive to become a market expert. Full training is offered you will have every opportunity to succeed.
We work on a hybrid basis, with Mondays and Fridays earmarked as work from home. However, the office is available Monday-Friday if you'd prefer to come in.

Principle Accountabilities:
Achieve agreed targets and standards for performance, quality, culture and legislative compliance.
Lead and manage the end-to-end 360 recruitment cycle to build out the desk and manage their part of the business whilst ensuring the overall recruitment strategy is being followed.
Provide innovative and unique solutions to recruiting in a highly competitive recruitment industry.
Deliver a range of contract recruitment offerings and tailored solutions to Airswift’s key global, regional and new business clients.
To lead by example displaying a hard work ethic and understanding of many aspects of the business.
Recruitment activities
include
working on active requirements involving the search and selection of suitable candidates, liaison with clients and negotiation of rates and salaries.
Ensure that the Candidate Management System is up to date for all of the recruitment team's statistics & figures.
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
A strong team player and the ability to work effectively with a diverse workforce.
Tenacious and determined to succeed.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Possess strong organizational skills and must be detail-oriented.
Demonstrable leadership ability and be seen as a role model/expert.
A great work ethic with the desire to get the job at hand done.
Proven track record as a Recruitment Consultant or phone-based sales role preferred, but not required.
A decision-maker and solutions provider.
Be able to identify and secure sales opportunities across all the suites of services.
