Our drive for problem solving has opened the door to multiple areas of the globe, and we are currently supporting projects across Europe, Australia and the Middle East.The roleTo support our continued growth, we are looking for a Recruitment Business Partner to join us on a full time, permanent basis. We are looking for someone passionate not just about the industry, but also about providing an excellent service at the highest quality.Partner with our clients to identify and understand what type of solution is requiredMaintain existing relationships by visiting and overseeing projects at various sites across the UK - primarily in the South of England and WalesProject manage from initial qualification phase through to deliverySource and recruit contractors as appropriate for each projectWork alongside the Account Managers to write proposals & contractsPrepare and accurately present statistics, plans and achievementsDevelop and maintain relationship management activities, particularly with key clients, senior decision makers and supply partners, including facilitating introductions for other services as appropriateMonitor, meet and exceed set KPIs and SLAsRegularly collate and advise the client of market intelligenceProvide initiatives against cost saving suggestions for clientManage measurable risksConduct resourcing activities as required, towards the recruitment of contractors to ensure the delivery of each project.You will have a mix of days in the office and days in the field.
