Together we are seeking a specialist Recruitment Business Partner to steer the future of recruitment across their services in Wales. ����

Our client focuses on transforming the industry by driving forward positive change, implementing innovative tech, and providing the highest-quality care for its service users. They do this through their diverse range of services, from home to live-in care, complex care, and supported living. Service users include those with mental health, learning disabilities, autism, and physical disabilities amongst other specialist care needs. ����

The Role �����

The role provides an exciting opportunity for someone that can lead from the front and feels confident in carving a new strategy for the remit. As Recruitment Business Partner, you will use your expertise to enhance the process of sourcing and onboarding front-line care workers for the various branches within your region. As an expert in the field, you will work closely with stakeholders to meet weekly targets and aid future growth. You will be required to curate a consistent recruitment plan, redesign the current strategies, manage budgets, and adhere to brand standards throughout. There is also an expectation to analyse recruitment data to supplement action plan, and present these to different stakeholders. As a hybrid role, you will be expected to work both from home, and the field; with regular visits to branches and central offices to enhance visibility. You will also manage a small team of recruitment and compliance coordinators to meet regional targets, motivating and guiding their professional development in line with the organisation values and growth plans. It is essential that you have experience working with high volume recruitment due to the nature of this opportunity. It is envisaged that this is a full-time permanent role. ����

Location ����

This is a hybrid role, with an expectation to travel to services for half of the time. Remit covering Wales, from North to South. �����

Essential Criteria

At least 5 years' experience in recruitment.

Driver's license and access to own vehicle is strictly necessary.

Previous experience in the health and social sector is essential.

A history of success with business strategy is necessary.

Proven track record at Business Partner level.

Experience managing a team.

Extensive experience working with high volume recruitment, due to nature of role.

Experience working with retention strategy would also be desirable.

Broad network in the industry is desirable.

Confident influencing different stakeholders.

Someone that has resilience, patience, and adaptability.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build close relationships with stakeholders.

Has a strategic and curious mind.

Comfortable with regular travel across the area.

Able to manage own diary.

Interview Process �����

This is a 2-stage interview process, both being on teams. The first stage is competency-based questions, and the second stage requires a presentation.�
