I am sourcing for a Internal Recruitment Advisor to work a 12 month FTC for a large organisation based in Birmingham offering great benefits. Internal Recruitment Advisors Responsibilities.As an Internal Recruitment Advisor, you will play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and selecting the best talent to support our company's growth. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles, with a focus on high-volume recruitment and conducting assessment centers.with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and candidate screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and networking, to attract a diverse pool of candidates.initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role.and facilitate assessment centers, including designing assessment exercises and evaluating candidate performance.and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and KPIs to stakeholders.up-to-date on recruitment best practices and industry trends to continuously improve recruitment processes.Internal Recruitment Advisors Experienceexperience in internal recruitment, with a focus on high-volume recruitment and assessment centre management.track record of successfully sourcing and attracting top talent for a variety of roles.knowledge of recruitment best practices, including candidate sourcing techniques and interview assessment methods.communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.in recruitment software and Microsoft Office Suite.
