Recruitment Advisor

Job Title: Recruitment Advisor Salary: £35,000 per annum Role Location: GloucestershireOne of Scout's exciting new clients are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join their team! The Role: Reporting to their Recruitment Manager, you will cover end-to-end recruitment for a variety of roles across, across a variety of locations across Southern England. Partnering with key stakeholders, you will effectively source the best talent for their teams, recruiting a mixture of volume roles within retail, hospitality and operations and more specialist roles within their head office. Responsibilities: Screen applicationsCreate strong shortlists of candidatesUse recruitment resourcing tools, including: job boards, partnerships, social media and other initiatives to identify and engage candidatesOngoing development, maintenance, and engagement of our ATS - TeamTailorDeliver against recruitment team KPI’s (time to hire, quality of hire, retention, etc.)Work with hiring managers to create an efficient recruitment process, ensuring all candidates receive the best possible experienceSupport the Recruitment Manager with employer brand initiativesContinuously seek to improve recruitment processes and proceduresRegularly review the application process, content and careers page to ensure it aligns with the companies tone and brandBe a brand ambassador, showcasing their values and culture, promoting a positive candidate experienceSupport wider recruitment team projects️ Skills You Will Bring: Previous experience in a recruitment role (in-house experience is preferred)Experience working with an ATS (they use TeamTailor but experience with any other similar platform would be great)Drive and passion to find the best talent and deliver a top-class candidate experienceAbility to think outside the box and bring new ideas to the team and their ways of workingAttention to detailStrong communication skillsAbility to work well under pressureExperience sourcing with LinkedIn Recruiter would be advantageous Should this role be interesting to you and your skills match what we are looking for, please apply and a member of the team will reach out!
