My client, a leading international law firm widely recognised for their diversity with innovative approaches, are now looking for a personable and flexible Recruitment Advisor to join their HR team in London on a permanent basis. The Recruitment Advisor will work closely with the two Recruitment Managers responsible for Business Services, Legal Associate and Counsel recruitment and specialize in hiring for the London office.The key duties will include:Actively managing candidates through the end-to-end hiring process delivering a high-touch, engaging candidate experience.Handling advertising for business services and legal associate roles for London office, both externally and internally.Helping to further build the in-house sourcing capability by primarily filling business services and legal associate vacancies via direct recruiting strategies and utilising social media.Encouraging recruitment best practice across the firm and implementing any improvements.Building and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders.Maintaining relationships with direct candidates and recruitment agencies, providing prompt feedback and communications.Implementing simple, effective and trackable resourcing, record keeping and administration processes.The Recruitment Advisor will ideally have agency recruitment experience with exposure to professional services and experience of using Applicant tracking systems. Along with an interest in the legal industry, legal career pathways and excellent candidate management skills. It is essential to have a creative approach to candidate sourcing, with experience in using direct recruitment tools and excellent organisational & prioritisation skills. The right candidate will possess strong communication and relationship building skills especially at a senior level, strong attention to detail and listening skills.
