A unique opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Advisor, this role will be involved with both recruitment and retention, providing exposure to a variety of different areas within manufacturing.    




  • This post is working Monday - Friday 37.5 hours per week.

  • The hours of work and shift patterns are: 08.00 - 16.00 (With flexibility where needed)

  • The salary range for the role is £30,000 - £36,000 depending on experience.

As Recruitment Advisor you will focus on our hourly / 4 weekly paid positions. You will be involved in the full recruitment life cycle from initially sourcing candidates, screening, coordinating and conducting interviews and delivering offers. You will also get involved in projects including recruitment events and referral schemes. From an Onboarding perspective you will be responsible for dealing with new starters to help manage the onboarding process. This will include arranging and administrating the starter paperwork, site tours, right to work checks and arranging inductions.



The team is central to the business and building good relationships and understanding of the different departments, stakeholders and colleagues across the business is very much key to the role.


  • Previous Recruitment and compliance experience

  • Multilingual would be very desirable.

  • Strong up to date knowledge of right to work compliance and processes 

  • Excellent word processing and IT skills, including knowledge of a range of software packages.

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • The ability to be self-motivated and work on your own initiative
