Overview:
Everest People Solutions have an exciting new opportunity to support with all office administrative duties for our growing permanent recruitment division. We are looking for someone who has either worked in a Recruitment Administrator or strong / heavy administrative role previously. As the Recruitment Administrator, you will have a positive can-do attitude with the ability of working well in a team, excellent administration, and customer service skills.
Key Duties & Responsibilities for the Recruitment Administrator
Assist with admin for the end-to-end recruitment process, including formatting CV’s, creating and posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update company systems with candidate information and up to date CV’s and proof of right to work and references if required.
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies, employment laws, and industry regulations.
Requirements for the Recruitment Administrator
Ideally 1 years' experience as a Recruitment Administrator is preferred.
Excellent customer service and administrative skills.
Strong attention to detail with great communication skills both verbally and written.
Able to work effectively under pressure and able to meet very tight deadlines.
Strong level of IT, administrative and organisational skills.
Previous CRM / ATS experience is desirable, however full training will be given.
Time management skills
