Recruitment Assistant
Job Type: Temporary (6 weeks, immediate start)Location: Sutton£13.00 - £15.50 per hour My client are currently seeking a proactive and experienced Recruitment Assistant to join theirteam on a temporary basis for 6 weeks, with an immediate start. This role is ideal for someone who has some experience in recruitment or HR support and is looking
to apply their skills in a fast-paced environment. Day to day of the role:
Assisting with the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.Providing administrative support to the recruitment team.Communicating with candidates and responding to queries in a timely and professional manner.Maintaining candidate databases and ensuring all recruitment materials are up to date.Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.Assisting with the onboarding process for new hires. Required Skills & Qualifications:
Some experience in recruitment or HR support.Excellent organisational and time-management skills.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with recruitment software.Immediate availability to start on a temporary basis.
