An excellent opportunity has arisen to work for our established client as a Recruitment Administrator. 37.5 hours per week. Fully remote working with an Immediate start! Please note, this is a fixed-term contract until 31st August 2024. As the Recruitment Administrator, you will be responsible for:Reviewing completing application forms, identifying gaps, anomalies, or discrepanciesRequesting additional information from candidates for any gaps in application formsEnsure checks are completedSubmitting requests for enhanced DBS checksEnsuring all documents are recorded on the databaseMonitoring emails in the shared inboxThe successful Recruitment Administrator will have the following related skills / experience:Previous experience in HR / Compliance / Recruitment would be advantageousExcellent administration skillsStrong attention to detailExcellent written communication skills
