Recruitment Administrator This role is an interesting and varied role, assisting in a volume recruitment campaign. Pertemps Managed Solutions, based on the Basingstoke Road in Reading are looking for anumber of temporary workers to work Monday to Fridayon one of our recruitment campaigns. Parking is available and the office is easily accessible from Central Reading by bus. This role will be office based and full training will be given. We are looking for an immediate start and the role is likely to be for 3-6 months.
Job Role Thisrole as a Recruitment Administrator will be working in a team and the main duties will include: Shortlisting relevant applicationsScreening candidates over the phoneBooking and organising interview and assessment days Processing any documents to support applicationsUse of an application tracking systemFULL TRAINING WILL BE GIVEN
