Our client a medium sized manufacturer are on the lookout for someone who has had some form of recruitment or HR Admin experience.
As part of your role working 830-5pm all in office you will be:
�Responsible for:
- To create and maintain training records for staff using training matrix.
- Updating records for Warehouse staff for Fork Lift Truck licences and arranging re-training with provider as and when necessary
- Updating staff HR records with risk assessment paperwork
- Onboarding of new staff by completing essential paperwork to comply with standards.
- Liaison with recruitment agencies for recruitment of staff.
- Creation and updating of role specifications.
- Conducting Induction/Onboarding tours of buildings
- Advising Quality Manager and or Line Managers of any matters arising with staff sickness levels or absenteeism
- Updating of back to work interviews post absence.
- Being present at initial interviews and subsequent interviews taking notes.
- Preparation of agreement letters and terms and conditions of employment
- Obtaining references from referees of successful applications prior to onboarding, advising issues to Quality Manager and or other stakeholders
