Exciting opportunity to join a great office in West Yorkshire! I am looking for a Recruitment Administrator. This is a key role within the team you will support consultants with various tasks including interviewing, candidate management, database maintenance and ensuring quality assurance compliance in line with APSCo.

Provide Education in Brighouse are local education supply agency that support schools across the region. We’re looking for an enthusiastic and organised person to support with candidate resourcing, interviewing, candidate management, database maintenance and ensuring quality assurance compliance in line with APSCo.



This role is ideal for someone looking to get into recruitment and to enhance their skills in the sector. But also great for an experienced administrator that is looking to make a difference to schools in the local area.



Service Administrator responsibilities:




  • Assisting the sales team with the recruitment of candidates using job boards, websites, social media etc.

  • To send documents to candidates to prepare them for interview with the sales consultants.

  • Sending screening links to the candidate(s), where applicable

  • Monitoring and managing the candidate safeguarding to include but not limited to reference chasing and updating candidate records

  • Ensuring the candidate availability is up to date and recorded appropriately on the system.

  • Candidate management, over phone and email.

  • To work with the sales team on the candidate database and the retention of candidates via phone calls and electronically.

  • To assist with open days for candidates both in the office and externally



REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: 




  • Experience in Sales or Customer Service environment is essential

  • Previous experience in a Recruitment role would be desired

  • Have knowledge of the education sector, understanding regulated requirements including safeguarding & DBS policy and procedures desired

  • Effective time management, multitasking and workload management skills, with the ability to work towards set goals, targets and meet deadlines.

  • Excellent rapport building

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to communicate through various platforms; email, phone, technology, online

  • Strong presentation skills
