Recruitment Administrator (3 month fixed term contract)We're currently recruiting an administrator for a 3 month fixed term contract.You'll support the six inhouse recruiters and recruitment manager in the delivery of the agreed recruitment plans for the business.You'll provide full lifecycle support to hiring managers and candidates, ensuring all successful recruits are aligned to the AJ Bell guiding principles, the principles of treating customers fairly and good consumer outcomes.This role is a full time (37.5 hours), based in our Manchester Head Office. If extended after the initial 3 month period the role will fall under our hybrid working policy.What does the job involve?Administration:Monitoring and responding to all enquires through to the recruitment mailbox within a 24-hour SLA.Setting up and closing vacancies on the Smart Recruiters Applicant Tracking System (ATS).Publishing job adverts, internally or externally, as required.Booking parking for visitors.Meeting and greeting candidates ahead of interview.Collating application forms, right to work (RTW) documentationand administrating aptitude tests.Preparing and updating weekly and monthly reports in MS Excel. These include the weekly recruitment report, customer services report, advert report and other adhoc reports as required.Raising purchase order numbers for recruitment-related orders.Attending recruitment fairs and careers events, promoting AJ Bell as a great place to work.Supporting the running of assessment and selection events.Booking assessment day lunches.Ordering merchandise.Liaising with recruitment agencies to book in interviews and pass on feedback.Other ad-hoc administration, as required.Customer Services Recruitment:Reviewing and sifting applications for customer serviceadministration roles, ensuring CVs are reviewed within agreed SLAs and passed to hiring managers for review.Contacting candidates via email and phone for initial screening; inviting successful candidates and hiring managers to interview and selection events and issuing confirmation and any advance preparation required.Interview preparation and debrief calls with candidates.Presenting job offers to successful candidates and processing through the ATS.Providing personalised feedback to unsuccessful candidates.What we're looking for:A keen interest in recruitment or Human Resources.Customer services, hospitality and/or administration experience.Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Resilient to interruptions - no two days are the same and the ability to quickly react to change and ensure a smooth recruitment process for all is imperative.Meticulous attention to detail.Organised with the ability to multi-task.Effective planning and prioritisation skills; able to meet deadlines.Strong written and verbal communication skills with a clear and confident phone manner.Analytical; able to interpret information and requirements quickly and easily.Confident with IT, including MS Office applications and CRM Systems.About us:AJ Bell is one of the fastest-growing investment platform businesses in the UK offering an award-winning range of solutions that caters for everyone, from professional financial advisers, to DIY investors with little to no experience.
