You won’t be asked to develop any new business for yourself, but as a key contact and account manager, you’ll spend every day having critical conversations with clients and candidates. Being a partner means spotting and handing over leads for the BD team to action.You’ll manage the recruitment process for your clients, sourcing candidates yourself and qualifying others through remote resourcing support. You’ll then own the entire hiring journey, supplying CV’s, arranging interviews, managing offers, and building engaged talent pipelines.If you’ve been in recruitment for a while, you likely recognise this as a delivery role. But we’ve learned that our team works best when everyone has a stake in the success of everyone else. Our sales team can’t succeed if you’re not proactively grabbing the many opportunities the market throws up, just like you can’t succeed without quality roles handed over from them. A unified process means everyone wins.What’s in it for you?5 days pay for 4 days work – we don’t do Fridays and neither will you. You’ll also have options to work flexibly and remotely. Plus a truly industry leading commission scheme, uncapped at 40% with no threshold – 30% of our team earned over £120,000 in 2021. A car allowance is offered for roles that require it. There’s fast track career progression to management (you’ve got a clear route to Partnerships Director if that’s in line with your ambitions) – with shares available to anyone who reaches that level.
