The role of a Recruitment Accountant Manager is diverse and involves forming lasting relationships with candidates and clients. You will be networking within the sector and using marketing and business development techniques to attract education staff.
As a Recruitment Accountant Manager with SAAF Education, you will:
• Attract candidates via advertisements, job boards, referrals, and social media.
• Assess prospective candidate suitability via a pre-screen and interview process.
• Conduct background checks and follow up employment references.
• Call and email schools and speak with staff at all levels, such as receptionists and headteachers.
• Regularly meet with schools to understand their recruitment requirements throughout the academic year.
• Market CVs and present key achievements of applicants to schools.
• Place successful applicants into their new role, keeping in regular contact throughout their placement.
Ideal Trainee Recruitment Consultant Requirements:
• Over 6 months experience in a sales and customer service environment, such as Banking, Estate Agency, Travel Advisor, Holiday Rep, Call Centre, Brokering or Mobile Phone Shops, retail sales etc.
• Be target and sales driven, with a passion for supporting individuals in finding their dream job in the education sector.
• Have high levels of resilience, be ambitious, have determination and be self-driven.
• Be personable, have excellent communication skills and have a positive attitude to work.
• Be looking to build a career within recruitment, in a sales and customer facing role.
