Your story
• You are an experienced Account Manager or 360 recruiter with either a traditional agency or an MSP
• You are passionate about great customer service that leads to significant account growth, by attracting, expanding and delivering to client requirements
• Your customers understand who you are, the value your organisation brings and the service you
deliver to them. You have built deep relationships with multiple stakeholders in multiple locations and clients
• Ideally, you will have experience of scaling multiple large accounts through your efforts of networking and building relationships and building an internal organogram and ultimately a large and varied buyer community in the accounts
• You have a passion for our industry and enjoy creating solutions to deliver customers objectives whilst aligning them perfectly with our models – to ensure profitable growth. A true exponent of the win: win
• You are currently or have previously managed a small team, all your colleagues see you as a great mentor and guide – focused on ensuring consistent success, but not afraid to challenge the norm to deliver the best outcome for all
• You are goal oriented, understand the need for solid planning and clear execution – but love to be part of a winning team and not a solo act
• You are creative and feel limited by the opportunities a traditional recruitment company presents to achieve your goals
The Opportunity
• Promotion to upon demonstrating your capability and getting great momentum in the landing and expanding of our clients to become responsible for a wider client or sector portfolio. Route could be people management and growing your team, or alternatively staying stand-alone and becoming a Million Pound Biller
• Strive for Continuous Improvement – Regularly analyse the client successes to assess how new ideas and solutions will expand business opportunity for Templeton and Partners. Analyse recruitment and onboarding processes to improve candidate and client experience
• Build deep knowledge – monitor the wider client market, to identify leads and opportunities with other clients that align with our strategic vision
