Join our team as a Remote Sales Job Recruiter and play a vital role in helping our sales students from our esteemed Sales Business School kickstart their careers in the dynamic world of remote sales.
Responsibilities:
Identify and research remote sales job opportunities across various industries and geographic locations.
Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers, HR professionals, and recruitment agencies to understand their hiring needs and preferences.
Collaborate with our Sales Business School to understand the skills, qualifications, and career goals of our sales graduates.
Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their suitability for remote sales positions.
Provide personalized career guidance and support to sales students, including resume review, interview preparation, and job search strategies.
Facilitate introductions and coordinate interviews between qualified candidates and hiring managers.
Track and report on key metrics related to job placements, candidate satisfaction, and employer feedback.
Stay updated on industry trends, remote work best practices, and sales job market dynamics to provide informed advice and guidance to students and employers.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience in sales recruitment, talent acquisition, or career counselling is preferred.
Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
Proven ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with remote work technologies and platforms is a plus.
