Recruiter - Dundonald area of East Belfast (12 month contract)
Onsite 3 days per week, 2 remote. Plus circa 15% travel within NI & ROI.

Our client is a large-scale multi site business with operations across NI & ROI. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will report into the Head of TA and will be responsible for hiring for a blend between corporate and non-corporate roles.
Responsibilities:
Partner with managers on their recruitment needs
Attract candidates via job boards, and social media engagement.
Actively source for talent using LinkedIn
Interview applicants over Teams and face to face
Co-ordinate high volume interviews with hiring managers
Provide feedback in a timely manner to candidates.
Manage all offers and negotiations
Ensure TA function is GDPR compliant
Experience:
2+ years experience preferably gained in a recruitment agency
Experience in using LinkedIn
Skilled in Boolean search techniques.
Own car with flexibility to travel
