You will provide support to Care and Nursing Home Managers across the country, looking at their staffing needs, and recruiting into both clinical and non-clinical roles. This is a home-based role, allowing you to take ownership of the recruitment process for your candidate pipeline. The divisions Recruitment Manager will support you to develop your practice and knowledge, and work with you to ensure that you are delivering an exceptional service to our hiring managers and candidates.
