Sircle Collection is coming to London in 2024! Opening our first boutique hotel in the UK in Q3 2024, we are looking for a Recruiter to join our preopening People & Culture team and successfully bring our brand to life.
The hotel will be located next to Liverpool Street Station, tucked away in Devonshire Square a charming brick courtyard with 81 serene rooms, including 11 suites, The Cover our private members' club, and our Seven North restaurant a concept by award-winning Chef Eyal Shani. The newest location will be part of Sircle Collections’ vibrant group of one-of-a-kind hotels, restaurants and bars in Europe's most interesting neighbourhoods.

What you’ll be doing with us:You'll be at the heart of our talent acquisition efforts, guiding the entire recruitment journey from sourcing to negotiation for all our roles from senior managers to front-line team members. Collaborating closely with our department heads, you'll craft strategic plans that align with our business goals and staffing needs. Ensuring a delightful experience for candidates, you'll provide timely communication, feedback, and support every step of the way.
Beyond sourcing top talent, you'll promote our employer brand across social media, job fairs, and charity partnerships, championing diversity and inclusion to create a workforce that mirrors London's diversity. Your commitment to compliance will uphold ethical practices and legal standards. As a key player within our People & Culture team, you'll assist with onboarding our new hires, making their transition smooth and welcoming. Through meticulous reporting and analytics, you'll continuously refine our recruitment processes for maximum efficiency.
Job requirements
Prior experience within the hospitality/ hotel industry is an essential for this role.Minimum of 1 year experience within end to end recruitment is desirable.Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and MS Office suite.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and timelines.Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and various senior stakeholders.Meticulous attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of recruitment.Proactive approach to recruitment, with a willingness to explore new strategies to attract top talent.
Given that we're in the preopening phase of our hotel, we need someone who can adapt and thrive in a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will ideally be joining us June/ July 2024.
