Recruiter, Hamilton, Salary £20,000 to £25,000 per annum + Uncapped Commission OTE up to £45,000 per annum

Responsibilities of the Recruiter:

• Drive strategic planning to achieve optimal results by collaboratively leveraging team expertise in candidate and business insights
• Craft and promote vacancies, expertly managing candidate responses
• Proactively source qualified candidates for live positions
• Take charge of the entire recruitment process, guiding candidates seamlessly from offer to placement stage
