Salary: Up to £33,000 plus car
Role: Permanent – Full-Time Permanent

We are in search of a seasoned internal talent acquisition professional to join the team, tasked with overseeing the recruitment process.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Formulating and executing effective resourcing strategies to attract and retain candidates
• Identifying and evaluating potential, assessing behaviours and competencies
• Delivery of recruitment metrics, providing reports on crucial metrics and outcomes
• Cultivating and sustaining robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders, such as hiring managers, candidates and agencies
• Partner with the HRBP in identifying and delivering both current and future recruitment needs
• Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations in the realm of recruitment and employment
