If you’re a relationship builder, this role’s for you.PurposeFulfill Client briefs in a timely and cost-effective mannerDeliver superior service every time to both Clients and CandidatesBuild, manage, and grow Client relationships and add value to the Client proposition offeringIdentify new business opportunities for the businessIdentify, attract, and engage candidates to fulfill specific business briefs and requirementsWhat should I expect to be doing?Speaking to candidates online and on the phone, selecting them for jobsApproaching great candidates, you’ve hunted downSpotting potential leads by always having your ear to the groundLearning to interview candidates and knowing whether they’re a good fitSpeaking to candidates, gathering interview feedback, and managing the offer processKeeping an accurate log of information on our database and developing important relationships with key accounts/clientsManage both Client and Candidate expectationsProactive marketing of candidates to generate new business opportunities.Development to find new clients and build up marketsThe perks we offerWe pay commission on placements we make – so you could earn up to £30,000 in your first yearHad a good week?
