with our founder to learn more about our thoughts on recruiting.Your ResponsibilitiesYour responsibilities will vary; however, some of them will be to:Coordinate with the CEO all the weekly strategy sessions and lunch meetings with candidates.Identify and engage potential candidates for outreach.Take responsibility for the first stage of the recruitment process. (CV Screening)Take ownership of the Recruitment Software, Greenhouse:Renew and update job postings via the platform.Update the job description to attract more candidatesEnsure synchronization between FirstMind and Greenhouse.You will report to the senior recruitment and to the CEOWhat we expect from youHave acquired a bachelor’s or master’s degree with outstanding resultsHave a UK work permitHave a natural ability to make people feel comfortable around youTake ownership of everything you do, be proactive and follow through on commitmentsDesire to get to know other people and learn, develop, and push yourself. No experience is needed. If need be, we will teach you everything you need to know about recruiting.FlexibleThe role is onsite, Monday to Friday, based in our offices at Buckingham Gate. It is essential we work at a fast pace and collaborate in person to create market-leading, unmatched events throughout the calendar year.
