A fantastic opportunity for a Receptionist to join a boutique Private Equity firm located in Mayfair. If you’re looking for the next step in your career, looking to join an established firm, then this could be the role for you. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a high level of professionalism, have exceptional communication skills and be extremely confident in client facing environments.
Working in a 5 strong administration team you will provide superior customer service support to both internal and external clients, acting as the first face of the company.
Hours: 8:30 – 16:30
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Managing all incoming and outgoing postAnswering and transferring calls Receiving and distributing all incoming post for staff.Ensuring the office is correctly stocked with stationary and refreshmentsOrdering daily lunches and setting up.Support with Events as neededWelcoming guests and offering refreshmentsSetting up and clearing meeting rooms
WHO YOU ARE
Career receptionist with minimum of 2 years experience working within a fast-paced reception environment, ideally within financial servicesSomeone able to provide the highest level of customer service to guests and internal clientsAbility to develop and maintain professional relationshipsAble to multitask and prioritise tasks accordinglyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsA hands on, can do attitude with no job too small attitudeReliable, hardworking and someone who enjoys working in a fast paced environmentSomeone with a professional attitude and demeanor
