And that’s where this job comes in.what you'll be doing At innocent we’re going through an exciting period of growth and maturity, and we need more hands-on deck to help us achieve this. We’re looking for someone to hit the ground running and join our group finance team. It’s a perfect opportunity for someone to get loads of exposure across the business and partner with key stakeholders. It’s important that we can see you have clear aspirations to work as part of a fast-paced team and want to get stuck in to make things better.
You’ll be based in London but responsible for managing the financials for our manufacturing-based entities in the Netherlands.
Additionally you'll be: Taking care of our financial statement audits and act as a first contact for our external auditor.Supporting our Group Tax team and shareholder The Coca-Cola Company on tax related questions.Financial responsibility for our entities in the Netherlands.Performing regular period end tasks including looking after fixed assets.Working with our shareholder in the preparation of year-end accounts and statutory accounts.Acting as first level support for any VAT queries.Taking care about internal controls that falls under your responsibility.Performing Balance Sheet reconciliations.you'll haveStrong accounting experienceExperience and professional knowledge to handle tax questions (e.g. CIT, VAT).Experience within a manufacturing environment would be the cherry on top.Excellent communication skills to build strong, cross-functional relationships and explain the “why” behind a financial process in a simple and engaging manner.Problem solving skills to spot an issue, quickly identify the root cause and come up with a plan to resolve.A structured and documented working approach; strong levels of organisation, time management and attention to detail.Exceptional excel skills.Power BI knowledge and experience with Microsoft D365 would be advantageous.you'll getThis is a great opportunity for someone who wants to get hands on experience in an exciting business model with the ability to shape how we do things better going forward.An opportunity to engage with the finance management of innocent and the Coca-Cola Company, as well as other external stakeholders (e.g. auditors).Exposure to a fast-growing company undergoing a change to make processes more mature and fit for purpose.Understanding of key financial reporting systems and controls.The opportunity to develop your project management experience and partner with different people across the business.
