Receptionist

We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist to join our team at a well known car manufacturer in Chichester!
The role will be to support the day to day running of the customer, being responsible to the site manager and the client. You will have a great responsibility to deliver a consistently high standard of service to the client and form a close working relationship with all departments on site, to exceed expectations.
The role will be paying £12.27 per hour.
The shift patter for the position is Monday to Friday, 45 hours per week (8 hours per day). The shifts alternate between 06:00 - 14:00 and 10:00 - 14:00.
Your Time at Work
Liaising with site management and the client
Responding to emails, internally and externally
Taking phone calls
Report writing
Day to day management of the reception area
Cooperating with the wider team on site on a daily basis
Our Perfect Worker
The person must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Be able to work under their own initiative.
Be well organised and methodical with the ability to multi-task and prioritise. They must be of smart and professional appearance at all times in line with Client policy.
They must have previous experience within a reception / customer care environment, with knowledge and experience of building close working relationships with customers.
Must have the ability to make decisions and to encourage team co-operation/spirit
Good computer skills, excellent time keeping ability and a flexible 'can-do' approach to their work.
