Receptionist role:
Checking guests in and out of their bedrooms.
Delivering exceptional customer service, where you know how to avoid saying No to guests requests.
Using Opera system.
Taking cash and credit card transactions.
Liaising with the Housekeeping department for the correct room assignment of guests.
Receptionist requirements:
The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledge & experience:
Previous experience in a Front of House role.
Excellent communication skills.
Open and friendly personality.
Previous experience using a computer system such as Opera.
Able to work a multitude of shifts, 24-7.
