Location: Rowley Hall Hospital, Stafford

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Full-time

Salary: Depending on experience + Benefits

Summary:

Rowley Hall Hospital is one of Staffordshire's leading private hospitals located in a Georgian listed building in five acres of Rowley Park, only five minutes from the centre of Stafford. The hospital opened in 1987 and currently has 13 bedrooms, all with en suite facilities. By investing in advanced medical technology, the hospital offers a wide range of treatments and services. Two fully equipped theatres with ultra clean air technology are particularly suitable for orthopaedic procedures such as arthroscopy, hip and knee replacement and spinal surgery.

The role:

We have a great opportunity for a Receptionist to join our successful and professional team at the Rowley Hall Hospital, based in Stafford.

As the Receptionist you will be responsible for meeting and greeting customers on arrival to our hospital, whilst covering our busy switchboard and completing front of house administration duties. We are looking for someone who is hard working and enjoys delivering excellent customer service.

What you will bring:

• A strong desire to provide high levels of customer service
• An ability to work under pressure with set deadlines to process booking appointments 
• Enthusiastic and empathetic character promoting positive attitude at work    
• Confident communication skills on all levels, via telephone, email and in person
• Demonstrate strong time management and organisation administration skills   ​​​​​​​
