Receptionist
Location: Cardiff
£24,000 - £26,000
Our client a highly regarded top 200 national law firm are looking to expand the business with a Receptionist.
The successful candidate will have a background of working in a front of house capacity either in a law firm or in a professional services company.
Responsibilities:
Reception duties including but not limited to; Liasing with clients both face to face and over the phone, meeting room calendars and arranging travel and hotel bookings
Cover front of house
Assist the Operations Director with the efficient running of the back office of a highly regarded law firm
Skills and experience:
Ability to prioritise and organise resources to get things done.
A dynamic team player with a proactive and willing attitude.
Experience of working in a professional organisation in an internal customer facing role such as a receptionist, PA or facilities co-ordinator.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal – able to communicate at all levels.
Excellent accuracy and attention to detail in work produced.
