Receptionist/Office Coordinator

Our client, a successful, global restructuring firm, is currently seeking an experienced and highly organised Office Coordinator to join their team based in Mayfair.
Key responsibilities include managing the reception area, greeting visitors, handling phone calls and emails, coordinating office supplies and equipment, overseeing day-to-day office operations, managing office supplies and facilities, coordinating meetings and events, and providing administrative support to the team. The successful candidate will be a proactive problem-solver, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask effectively. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with people, has strong communication skills, and can maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the office.
Along with reception experience, the successful candidate will have experience in an operations/ facilities management capacity, along with excellent attention to detail, communication and organisational skills.
