We are currently seeking a professional and experienced Receptionist to join our client in Broadway. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a friendly and welcoming demeanor, and a strong attention to detail. As a Receptionist in the hotel, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing an outstanding first impression and ensuring their needs are met.

Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
Answer and direct phone calls, taking detailed messages when necessary
Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere
Assist with guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
Manage guest inquiries and provide accurate and timely information about our services and amenities
Coordinate with various departments to ensure guest requests and special needs are met
Handle cash and credit transactions, accurately processing payments and maintaining a cash register
Requirements
Must have your own transport due to location
Proven experience in a hotel environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with a particular focus on Word and Excel
Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Knowledge of reservation systems and hotel software is an asset
