About Us:
Crowne Plaza London Kings Cross, 4-star deluxe hotel situated in a prime location, is seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests receive an exceptional level of service from the moment they arrive.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcoming guest by greeting them, allocating and issuing rooms.
Answering calls and directing queries to the appropriate department.
Assisting and answering any queries from guests.
Booking reservations and identifying any specific requirements.
Maintain safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Produce accurate billing for guests; ensuring payments are processed as per procedures.
Communicate any feedback received from guests both positive and negative.
Contributes to the team effort.
Liaise with all hotel personnel and guests.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
Proficiency in using hotel management software is an advantage.
