Just 4 miles away from the Norfolk Broads National Park, Waxham Sands Holiday Park offers dog-friendly holidays for families wanting to get back to nature. We are looking for a Reception Team Member to make their welcome as warm as possible.
Pay:
£12.00 per hour
Contract:
Seasonal (to end of October)
Hours:
Part time (20-21 hours peer week over 3 days)
Live In:
Not available with this role
What will you do?
Be the first point of contact for our park welcoming visitors, guests, and canine campers
Ensure all front desk welcomes are positive and helpful
Perform front-desk duties, including answer the phones, checking voicemails and emails, processing gas sales and owner recharges, generating quotations and other administrative tasks
Deal with holiday enquiries and process bookings
Social media posts
Answer general questions about the local area and the park
Work collaboratively across the whole park team
What are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who will act with a 'can do', hands on attitude who enjoys administrative work and interacting with customers.
Excellent IT skills are a must for this role and experience within the caravan/holiday industry would be an advantage.
