RECEPTION SUPERVISOR, FRONT OFFICE

As a Reception Supervisor at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London, you will be responsible for:
Supervising the receptionist team, conducting on the job trainings, and providing feedback.
Providing arrival and departure updates, monitoring room status and handling booking levels with reservations.
Conducting handover briefings and ensuring consistent communication with the reception team, keeping them informed at all times.
Ensuring quality control of guest service and being a role model for the team in regard to standards.
Being the first point of contact for guest complaints.
As a Reception Supervisor , you will be working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 39 hours a week. Shift patterns will vary from morning and evening (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable.
To be a successful Reception Supervisor candidate , you must have previous supervisory experience in a luxury hotel environment. You will be an excellent communicator with a passion for delivering high quality customer service.
