This restaurant commands views of London’s most iconic landmarks with floor to ceiling glass windows: Tower Bridge, The Tower of London, Canary Wharf and The Shard. This glamorous city restaurant boasts a luxurious Modern British menu with a Parisian twist is paired with revolutionary creations from our centrepiece bar. A bit about what you will be doing:
We are currently looking for a Head Receptionist, who will work closely with the Reception Manager and the reception team in order to ensure costumers expectations are met and delivered from the very start of their experience to the moment they leave our venue.The Head Receptionist key duties & responsibilities would include:• Support with the smooth reception team performance for running lunch/dinner service, prepare table allocations and ensure that cloakroom/reception is ready at all times• To take reservations correctly and with the respect of the policies when necessary• To ensure clear communication between reservations and reception teams as well as an effective communication to all other departments, informing them of costumers’ bookings, needs & complaints• Support the front desk by receiving incoming calls, greeting and attending customers' needs• To mentor/train staff through leading by example and support recruitment process in creating an outstanding candidate's experience • To look after reception appearance and presence• Understand relevant H&S legislation and the implications on the business, taking action as required• Cost control and financial budgeting alongside the Reception ManagerIf you are interested in discussing the Head Receptionist role further, please get in touch with us without delay!
