Receptionist Manager
The Basingstoke Country Hotel is a 100 bedroom-hotel that boasts a stylish Brasserie, offering casual dining and food for the whole family. The Hotel has 5 conference rooms catering for between 25 to 240 delegates providing for various events and wedding functions.

As our New Reception Manager your duties will include:
Running our busy reception desk in a professional manner with customer service at the forefront
Managing and training the front office team
Maximising revenue and minimising loss within the Department
Ensure all monies, floats and accounts are managed effectively.
Support other departments and be part of the Duty Manager Rota
Operationally be involved with checking guests in and out.
The successful candidate will be organised, punctual and well-presented, with excellent communication and customer service skills. Knowledge of Opera would be advantageous.
