What's involved?

As a Reception Manager your duties will be varied but not limited to managing the reception team, driving guest satisfaction as well as engaging with guests, looking for opportunities to up-sell and create a memorable stay. You will assist in preparation of the rotas, meeting business needs and keeping within budget, whilst covering Duty Management shifts as and when required.

Ideally, we are looking for someone with previous hospitality experience as either a Reception Manager or Assistant Front of House Manager who is looking for their next career step or a new opportunity to be part of a well-known group of hotels. Someone who is flexible to work 5 shifts per week and ideally has experience of working with ONQ or from a Hilton brand.
