Coylumbridge Hotel is a family and pet friendly resort just outside Aviemore, with an impressive 292 rooms on site. Nestled in the mature pine woods that form part of the Cairngorms National Park it's the ideal base for outdoor activities amidst stunning scenery. Challenging mountain walks, skiing, cycling, leisurely strolls around romantic lochs and water sports can all be found within a short distance as well as lots of opportunities for family fun days out.
As a Reception Administrator you will have a passion to serve guests with the ability to make every guest feel special, as well as being open and outgoing to interact with a wide variety of people, guests, and colleagues alike, is a must. Most important is the right attitude to embrace a role in hospitality which can be challenging and rewarding at the same time and requires energy and care, to always do one's best.
As a Reception Administrator, you will be required to:
Guest interaction in person, by phone and by email when answering and following up guest enquiries and incoming feedback and complaints.
On busy days the Administrator will also be at hand at the desk to help hand out guest key cards, support group arrivals on check in as well as liaise with groups for mealtimes and specific room requirements.
This position is available full-time, with part-time subject to negotiation.
The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role in hospitality. The role requires excellent communication skills with guests, colleagues, and employees alike and the demonstration of exceptional customer service skills verbally and in writing.The ideal candidate is self-motivated, organised and staying calm under pressure.Prior knowledge of Reslynx is an advantage, as well as having worked with Opera Cloud, good knowledge of Windows Office and/or WPS Office is required.
