Real Estate Solicitor

Walker Lovell, a premier recruitment agency, is collaborating with a top 100 confidential law firm in London seeking a talented Real Estate Associate.
Working closely with the Head of Real Estate and another Partner, you will deliver top-tier legal services in complex real estate transactions, maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive legal advice across high-value real estate matters including acquisitions, disposals, and financings.
Manage client communications effectively.
Engage in business development and networking activities to bolster the firm’s reputation and reach.
Requirements:
Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 2-4 years PQE in commercial real estate.
Solid experience of corporate real estate is required.
Strong record in managing significant real estate transactions.
Excellent client service, risk management, and organisational skills.
Directly report to the Division Head with opportunities to lead and influence within the firm. Enjoy a collaborative environment that fosters professional growth and community involvement. The role also offers 50/50 hybrid working.
