Real Estate - Senior Associate - Up to £105,000 salary
The Role
This Top-Tier practice is known for its high-quality work and providing specialist quality legal advice to an extensive base of household names and blue chip clients.
Due to the expansion of the firm’s Real Estate team, it is now seeking to appoint a Senior Associate with 4-7 years of PQE who will be will be principally involved in advising on all aspects of national and multi-jurisdiction real estate transactions.
The firm is seeking a motivated and technically strong lawyer with experience gained in a city firm, who can develop relationships and easily tap into a lucrative client base.
The Candidate
Commercial Real Estate Associate with 4-7 years post qualification experience at a city law firm
Commercial Development experience is essential
Must have a strong academic background
A passion for business development
Ability to work to deadlines, to prioritise, and manage a varied caseload
Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
Excellent organisation and time-management skills
