We are pleased to present this unique opportunity to join a leading International, Legal 500 law firm in their award winning Real Estate team.
Real Estate – Associate Solicitor – up to £90,000 salary
The Role
This is a superb opportunity to join an outstanding Commercial Real Estate team in Manchester to work on a varied caseload covering all aspects of real estate transactions, with a primary focus on the energy sector.
The firm is recognised internationally for providing legal advice and solutions to an international client base which includes some of the world’s largest multinationals. Due to the development and expansion of the firm’s Real Estate offering, they are keen to speak with qualified solicitors between 2-5 years experience wanting to develop and thrive within an exciting, international-focused environment.
The established real estate team, many of whom are ranked as leading individuals in The Chambers, cover real estate services across the majority of markets including consumer, energy, and of course general property matters.
The Candidate
Commercial Real Estate Lawyer with 2-5 years post-qualification experience from a national firm
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
Must have an entrepreneurial spirit and a strong academic background
A passion for business development
Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
Excellent organisation and time-management skills
